the staff was friendly Rooms are spacious and clean. Drinks included in the all inclusive package were satisfactory. I found there were plenty of sun beds around the pool area.
i discovered more information should be given on arrival. We were only told we could use other hotel facilities when we were checking out. I also found no info given re meal times.

faulty fridge miserable staff
the food quality was acceptable it was not a great variety especially for vegetarians
the fridge in our superior room did not work and we experienced issues with light sockets it took a while to get these issues sorted as there was only one maintenance engineer serving the hotel some staff members were miserable

i found the staff friendly. the room was clean and spacious. the hotel is good. a lot of nice restaurants were within walking distance. the food was various. the poolbar drinks was excellent. the swimming pool was nice. the hotel's location is perfect. i visit botanical garden with a short walk from the hotel. plastic cups on arrival are good.

the staff were friendly. my room was spacious and had everything i needed. the room was cleaned properly each day.
the dining room wasn't very accessible. i found it hard to get around the food stations because there were large columns. the swimming pool area needs work. the food could be better, it was repetitive.
the staff was helpful. i especially enjoyed the variety of food options available . the pools were clean and well kept. the gardens looked amazing!!!
